Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

so pissed - I can't see any of the pics if they are a link. (the company I work for has so much crap blocked it's not even funny) :(

I hear ya, BB... they do the same thing in my office. No access to personal emails, streaming video or audio, hell, you can't even look up your lottery numbers as they identify the site as "gambling" and that's just a big no-no!! WHATEVER!! :mad:

Wow.....that sucks big time! Check them out when you get home hopefully they will give you a laugh!

And just think....at my husbands office he cannot even get to any forums of any kind.....crazy!
 
All of my accessories have arrived, cases, batteries, battery chargers, screen protectors but no DINC :eek: come on June 28th ;)
 
So my heart just stopped - I called VZW hoping to hear that there was a tracking number and the lovely semi-english speaking rep told me that the order wasn't showing up. HEART FAILURE. I hear her clicking and typing and then a drawn out 'hhhmmmmm'. Turns out she was trying to find shipping info for the order THAT HASN'T SHIPPED YET! She was trying to be helpful but scared the crap out of me in the process. In the end I still have not shipped.

6/7 here and hoping I'd have it by the end of the week, but seems like that's a pipe dream right now. Guess I'll just resign myself to the fact that I'll get it sometime next week, I'm in the home stretch now.

Hey BL, as a fellow 6/7'er my bubble has been burst as well! Doesn't seem like phones are shipping out as quickly as they were over the past few days and I was so hoping for my new toy before the weekend. Oh well, I guess if I have to wait until next week I'm just gonna have to suck it up because there's really nothing else we can do! :( AAARRRRGGGGG!!!
 
I got off the phone with CSR, I was told that "my area" has a shipping date of 7/15ish, I ordered the morning of 6/16. I asked why "my area" is having to wait a whole month where as other areas only have a 2-3 week wait.

He stated that the only answer he had for me was those other areas must be popular shipping areas. So I stated nice and calmly that I believed that was a type of discrimination. That becasue I live in a certain area I am made to wait longer than anyone else, because as he said I dont live in a "popular shipping area". He said, "I'm sorry, I dont know what to tell you. We ship to some areas more than others and when the shipment for your area gets here we will ship it as soon as we can to you. We are in no way trying to discriminate against you. I'm sorry for any inconvience this causes you but due to high demand we are back ordered."

Thanks to another poster on here I was able to bring up the Fair Credit Billing Act because my payment has already been taken and it is possible that I wont recieve the product I paid for within 30 days. His response, "You will recieve your phone with in those 30 days, everyone has been upgraded to overnight shipping and so when it ships out on the 15th you will recieve it on the 16th which is within 30 days of your payment being taken." I stated that I had already had my date changed three times; from the 8th to the 12th, now the 15th and whats to say that it wont be pushed back again.

He said, "Mam, since we took your payment we have 30 days to get it to you, because of that your phone will be shipped no later than the 15th." Me, "Can you gaurantee that?" Him, "Due to high demand and the backorders I can not gaurantee a specific shipping date." He was getting a bit frustrated at this point so I decided to have mercy on him. So I thanked him for his time and told him to have a nice day. He said, "You too mam, you should get your phone no later than the 7/16 but it could come sooner as we are catching up on a lot of the back orders." I thanked him again and hung up.

Obviously there is now going to be a note on my accout saying annoying, argumentative B*$@! Oh well it was fun, giving them a bit of the run-around instead of getting it. :cool:

Another 6/7 member in waiting here as well, counting the days until it arrives :eek:
 
Is anyone else getting the feeling that the Incredible shipping has slowed almost to a stop????? All posters here haven't given any indication that June orders have received any shipping confirmation. It's been 3 weeks waiting for June posters....and nothing?!?! Have late May orders gotten their devices?
I'm a 6/4 and hope to get a confirmation by 6/24-25.
 
Both my husband and I called customer service to check the status of my phone that was ordered on 6/1 with a ship date of 6/22.
He was told that it won't ship until 7/20 :eek:. I almost died when he told me that. When I called she said she didn't have a ship date in the system for my order yet but, they haven't been notified of any additional delays. So basically she said I can just keep calling. But she did try to reassure me that it won't be shipping in the middle of July. So I guess it's just a waiting game now. :mad:
