Root deleted os and get cannot mount cache when I try to adb sideload

I have read thru all the posts about adb sideload and adb push and have the idea but when I sideload I get error cannot load cache.

I am having a hardtime with the adb push process. i believe I am not typing the command properly, I have seen several ways but do not understand which is proper.

I have s on and twrp 2.7.7
No os

How can I load the zip from my computer or fix the cache mount problem?

Hmm my adb fu is weak these days but to sideload on TWRP I thinks there is an option to side load via adb you go to that and when it says ready to side load use the sideload command and push the rom, I use linux when flashing I tend to use sudo adb sideload romnamegoeshere.zip and come back after its done
