Deleted S Pen Page

The Galaxy Note 2 had a page on the homescreen that came up when you pulled out the s pen. I deleted it initially, how can I add it back?

I know about the pop up S pen window when removed option in settings, but there was an actual page added to the homescreens that I'm referring to

Turn Page Buddy on.
