Root deodexed

I ran across a rom that says I must be deodexed... what does this mean how do I know if I am and/or how do I do this? I installed the rom that said this and it just gets stuck in a boot loop the room I am talking about is

I don't know why you would have to be deodexed first, but here is a deodexed stock Rom you can install: androidforums.com/triumph-all-things-root/413093-rom-bone-stock-stock-deodex-roms-triumph-now-resets-splash-img.html.
odexed ROMS are supposed to be faster, but really it's just faster on first boot. Once dalvik is built they're isn't much difference.

That still didn't help me flash the rom I wanted to flash so that brings me back to my first quistion

I honestly have no clue why his rom recommends you be deodexed first.
