Detroit Market; Anyone getting 3g on their Indulge?

I've had my Indulge for almost a year now and have seen the 3g icon on my phone once, for about 10 seconds. Anyone in the Detroit area getting steady 3g when 4g is turned off?
 
Not exactly sure why here on the east side but my admire had lost 3g all together. Even though I had updated the prl(*228 option 5) before did it again and 3g was restored.
 
My prl is 3027, right after I updated my prl is when I seen the 3g symbol for a few secs. I'm in Oakland County, so that might be the problem.

Could be..try updated to 3028. Seems a lot stronger over here in Macomb.
 
Well I updated to prl 3028, (Thx btw, I didn't even know they released 3028 yet) and still no 3g :( I've noticed my 4g lags a lil bit too now, but that might be the atmospheric conditions today. Oh well, hopefully I'll see some 3g at some point, basic cdma/1x is for the birds.

A lot of dead zones out in Troy when I worked over there. Seems odd I know but the signal was always worse when raining as twas today.:(:thumbdown:
 
The funny thing is my buddy has an admire through Metro and gets 3g all day long at my house, but my Indulge won't pick it up.
 
I'm currently northwest of clarkston, 4g is spotty (i can usually get it at my house near a window)and 3g has yet to be seen, on the indulge any way. Like I sai d earlier, my buddy's admire gets 3g at my place all day... But i went to a party in auburn hills last week and i got 3g and 4g at all times, im just in a bad spot for 3g I guess.
