I'm not sure what you are trying to ask here? I've got Developer options unlocked and it is not causing an issue. For the UI tweaks, you need to hold down on the little gear icon at the top of the quick settings, that would normally take you into settings, for about five seconds.

There is also the Easter Egg, you do several presses (5 or so) on the Android Version (6.0) in Settings>About Phone.

The Easter Egg is a game, of sorts, for Marshmallow.

For screen shots, press the power and volume down buttons at the same time and hold them down for about a second, until you see/hear the screen shot being taken.
