Root Did a backup with Rom Manager, and now phone won't charge...

So I just did a backup with ROM manager and now my phone doesn't charge via USB? It does charge when plugged into the outlet. Very weird to me. I restarted twice, battery pulled, same issue. What could've caused this? All that I did was a backup in ROM manager, and it went into bootstrap mode and did its thing then restarted... Thanks.
 
Ugh nevermind, problem solved. Just restarted my computer, it works now. Sorry for starting a thread, I've been quite impatient today!

Maybe this happened because I had my phone plugged in via USB during the backup? Anyway, sorry.
