How To Different Text Ringtones for Each Contacts

Is there a way to set it so that each contact has a different ringtone when they text you? Or even a way to silence texts from certain users while keeping the ringtone for everyone else?
 
A: SMS Popup will do it.

I have SMS Popup's default notifications not to popup or notify me while I have SMS Popup's Contacts Notifications setup to different notifications for various contacts. SMS Popup is very simple compared to something like Handcent SMS.
