Help Disable vibrate on touch?

I've been through a few different settings and thought I've disabled it however can't seem to find the right selection. How do I disable it once and for all?

Settings-sound-touch feedback&system-virbrate on touch.

I have it disabled and is still vibrating on touch.

Is it vibrating while performing a specific action? If while typing, goto keyboard, additional, vibe while typing.
