Why have my apps diasppeared off my Sony Ericsson Arc phone ?

There could be a few reasons.
Did it occure after installing a 3rd party app?
Are you using a different launcher than stock?
Check your launcher to see if it has a setting for hidden apps.
Have you changed your launcher view (example gone from 5 rows and 5 columns to 4 rows and 4 columns.
These are some options that will hopefully help you trouble shoot your issue.
