Help Downgrade OS to 4.1.2?

Hi All,

New to the forum, so please bear with me. My company has purchased 6 Ellipsis 7 tablets to use a custom app we had built for us. We use this app on several devices that run Jelly Bean 4.1.2 or older and it works fine. The issue is the app needs to use the camera and when we run it on the the Ellipsis it will not access the camera. Is it possible to downgrade the Ellipsis from Jelly Bean 4.2.2 to 4.1.2? If so any suggestions on the best way to do it?

I'm also pursing the update of the application to run properly on the newer OS's, but time is of the essence and we need it yesterday.

Think we resolved our own issue. It's not the OS it's the tablet size and the app. The smaller screen on Ellipsis and the app don't allow this particular screen to scroll. So once we get that fixed, should be good to go.
