...Now, I want to upgrade from 2.2.1 (which is how I had to root) back to 2.3.4, exact stock ROM... while keeping my root. I have searched thread after thread... including this one "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1264704" that looked promising but the link to download from gives me an error.
Can anyone please help with another link to stock 2.3.4 ROM? Thanks in advance. ***Solved***

Also... If you're new at flashing ROM's... Always clear cache and dalvik or you will bootloop like I did!
