with my sg3 i cant download a picture on messenger . it says download failed . now its not the network because there r 25 phones on the same network. blackberry htc samsung galaxy phones they can but mine cannot and checking that data in networks i havent even got it what could be wrong
 
so you're asking about your Samsung Galaxy S3? in a Nexus 7 section, for rooted phones?

you may have better luck posting this in the correct place. just saying.
