Help Download unsuccessful

Hi,

I was trying to download a file from a mail attachment that fail. Now I keep getting multiple "Download unsuccessful" messages everytime I turn on my tablet.

How do you clear these messages?

Have you tried clearing the data for the email client you are having problems with.

You can do that under Settings-->Apps. Select the "All" tab, find the email app causing the problem, select it, and press the Clear data button.

Any messages on the tablet will be cleared, and the client will refresh from the server when you sync the account, or open the client.

I had tried clearing the email app and it did not work.

After your message, I went back and found that when I clear the "Download Manager" app, it finally worked.
