Help Download/Update problems

Hi, I am having problems in downloading/updating apps. This notification pops up : Insufficient storage available. Can anyone tell me how to fix it ?
 
Hey man,
I did so, but there is still not enough space. I've got a new problem now. I tried to connect my phone to my pc via a USB cable in order to transfer my pictures and videos for creating space ,but the pc isnt detecting it.
 
After you plug in the usb if you pull down the notifications tab on your home screen
you should get the choice " tap if you want to swap files between pc and phone".
