Help e-mail accounts deleted

about once a week all my email accounts get deleted. I will go to my phone and all my e-mail accounts are gone, one exchange and 3 verizon accounts. Anybody have this problem and is their a fix, not sure if this is a hardware issue or software?? please help!!

weird never heard of this.....maybe a factory reset? i do not have your phone, but maybe some else can pitch in.
