Root eaglesblood not responding

hi i just downloaded and instaled eaglesblood 4.0.4 onto my lg optimus 2x from rom manager and its not working how do i flash back to cm7 tried all of the usual sequences with the volume - power button but it doesnt seem to wanna revert back to recovery any help would be appreciated
