Email sync at different settings?

I have a droid Razr running ginger bread. I have 2 pop email accounts. On one I want it to sync at a regular interval. Right now it is set for 15 minutes. On the other... Kind of my personal junk email account .. I want to sync it manually.

I cant find a setting that allows me to have account "A" sync at regular intervals and account "B"to sync only when I choose to sync it. Can anyone help?

What is enhanced email. I mean I know what enhanced means but how do I implement it?

That's the name of the app - Enhanced Email. Based on the stock Android email client and looks like it but with many more options. $10 in the Play market or a free trial can be downloaded from the EE website.
