Email trouble

I already have two email accounts set up through my HTC Hero but I am really struggling with setting up my Purdue University webmail!! Any fellow Boilers that can help me out? I've tried everything tech support has told me and it keeps saying Alert:Network Error
 
Every time I try to open my email messages on yahoo it just brings up the heading with the addresses never showing the actual email- and there is always an error message when I open my emails- but it never tells how I can fix it or why this is happening- it just started happening like yesterday- anyone know what I can do?
