Help Encryption won't start

Trying to encrypt my Nexus 7 to save time/issues when Lollipop OTA lands.


2 users, both with pin codes, but after starting encryption device shows an android image then just boots back up.


Does anyone have any ideas? Put it into airplane mode to ensure no new data would be written and mess anything up.

after I kept trying it, on about try 10 it's done it first time
