Help Erased an "update" notification...

Last night I accidently erased a notification that said some 2.1 update was availible. I have no idea what it was for, or how I can actually find it again....any thoughts?

I'm on the sprint/nextel network
 
go to the android market and look up updates and you will see what updates there are.

and you can also go to Setting>About phone>system updates
(that will show if it is an OS update but its not.)
