Facebook Pictures as Contact Pictures Help

I have an LG Ally and i want to know if there a way to take pictures from facebook and have them as the contact picture. If anyone knows how can you please help me. thank you
 
save the picture to your phone then open your contact and click and hold the picture then select the file
 
I know that but i can't seem to save a picture from facebook i tried long clicking and the menu, is it because I'm trying to do it from the facebook app and I'm supposed to do it from the browser?
