Help Factory Data Reset FDR and Card

I have been struggling with JB and decided to do the FDR. I backed p my K9 Mail and used Sprite backup to backup everything else except pictures and music and videos. I have these on the computer. Should I remove my SD card. The last time the update mad3e it unreadable?

It isn't supposed to be touched by the Factory Data Reset unless you request it.

To make yourself more comfortable why don't you just remove it.

Last time I removed it it was not recognized. I think I did an external reset then. I Also did not turn off auto backup last time. I think I'll wait until the end of the week and do a little more preparation. I still like the Bionic.

I did the FDR. The Sprite Backup did not recover all my people but I managed to recover from the Verizon Backup. The card was recognized. I lost a few texts but much better than last time. so far I think it runs better.
