Fastest Launcher?

i know there are many launchers that could fit, but there is wayy to many out there and i was wondering what is the fastest and lightweight launcher possible for older phone?

You might want to take a look at lightning launcher, it's very lightweight and slick but is still pretty feature laden.

Honestly best is GO launcher EX, but a less feature-heavy one would be ADW Launcher.

yeah, but the only problem is that once i add a few widgets, the scrolling gets more and more lag.

I do like Go launcher except its kind of heavy. I use Gingerbread launcher because its fast and lightweight. But lacks advanced features like scrolling, etc.
