Help Folders and files

I am new and this may be a stupid question. I cannot find files and folders on my Incredible. If I download an attachment I have no idea where it goes. I can't "see" the Droid on my computer when synced so do not know how to find the pictures to transfer to computer. Please help! Thank you.

Pat ,

You will need to either connect your phone via USB to your computer and mount it as a drive or put your SD card into an adapter and connect it to your pc.

Find a file manager from the market.

Aren't tech support reps BANNED from being on forums? Don't they have corporate people on forums all day just LOOKING for reps posting stuff like that? I'd be calling in sick for the next couple days if I were you, and delete that post, before you lose your job over it..
