Phone was purchased October 08, 2011, and has been in a case since it came out of the box. It is still in both Virgin Mobile's and Motorola's warranty period!

It is grandfathered in to the $25 per month payment plan which includes 300 minutes of talk and unlimited messaging and data. That plan now costs $35 a month, but as long as the payment is made every month and the plan isn't changed, it can keep the $25 per month price point. I am willing to work with the potential buyer so they can keep this discount, if they like.
