Root forgot password

can nanyone tell me how to get backinto my flipside since ive forgoten my password any advise would be great


I seem to have found the bootloader by pressing PWR/VOL UP/CAMERA then releasing the PWR button it says,
bootloader
91.7b

battery ok
ok to program
conect usb
data cable


then when i conected my usb it says bootloader

battery ok
ok to program
transfer mode:
usb


any thoughts?
