I set up the face recognition lock screen unlocker that is now available with ICS but the pin I "thought" I set up is not working. Anyway to reset this? Thanks, Marc :smokingsomb:

Factory reset is about the only way I can think of. Don't do it quite yet though. Somebody else may know.
 
Called Verizon, they couldn't do anything so they are sending me a new phone. Just hope everything transfers over ok, that's my only concern.

unless you get verizon to transfer your messages from one phone to the other... a replacement would be the same as a factory reset
unless you dont have your contacts synced with gmail
