Forwarded Call Charges

I'm on ATT now but switching to Sprint soon. How does Sprint handle calls forwarded from landlines that are provided by cable service?

My initial thought was that they're probably treated like landlines and count against minutes, but then I thought maybe not since they're not traditional landlines.

What about calls that come from VOIP callers - they're not landlines in the traditional sense either?

I know neither cable provided or VOIP calls are considered mobile, but they're not traditional landlines either.

I'm considering switching to one of the EverythingData Family plans so that's why I'm focused on the minutes calculation.

I'm not sure about VOIP or cable, but here are Sprint's descriptions of their types of forwarding and prices. It appears they do not differentiate between the originations of incoming calls, but maybe they just decided not to post that info.

Anything number that doesnt originate from a wireless carrier is considered a landline number.
