Free GPS Navigators with Voice?

Other than Google Navigator, Waze, (which Google just acquired,) and MapQuest, what are other voiced GPS navigators are available for Android?

Here in China, there's AutoNavi and Amap, both free and offer voiced navigation. But these only cover China and voiced instructions are in Mandarin.

There's one called MapFactor Navigator which uses Open Street Map. Not tried it though. Anything else like TomTom or Route 66, you're going to have to pay I think.

Based on my recent trial (review at the following link), Navfree is the best of the free offline navigation apps. It has voice navigation. I'm not sure if there are better, free online navigation apps.

I use NavFree. It has voice navigation and offline navigation as well. If you are in North America, use the US version. Otherwise, use the international version.
