Hello all,
Just stopped by to check for information about my Samsung Note. I've had it about 4 months and it has been great. I gave my Dell streak to my son. He and I never had any problems with the streak and have enjoyed it greatly! The Dell opened me up to all of the things an Android smart phone can do and now i'm totally hooked on the smart phone scene. I upgraded to the Samsung Note mainly for the gorgeous screen and the LTE. I hardly use a desk top or laptop any more... Since I don't text and drive at the same time, I don't have any use for a small phone. Personally, I don't understand people that think the Streak or this Note is too big, but then again I don't have "young eyes" any more.
So, I upgraded to 4.0.4 and now my Note doesn't download pictures or attachments in my Gmail anymore. If I click on the attachment I get a "loading" bar of green and black stripes that look like it's busy down loading but ultimately nothing happens. I suspect it's just a security setting some where but I haven't been able to find it yet or even a users guide for the Note with Ice Cream sandwich.
