You would be better of asking in a Windows forum. Personally, I wouldn't dream of an online Windows backup because of the size and the fact trying to restore without a hard copy would be fraught with problems
One I kinda liked is AX64 Time Machine, which creates a disk image of your specified partition and backs it up in the background every hour, on the hour. I lost interest when I went to reboot at the top of an hour and threw AX64 into fits. I went back to the now-free RollBack Rx Home Edition, another time machine that uses voodootronics quite well. But if you want reload a Linux partition, you have uninstall Rollback, settle the grub, then reinstall Rollback (a trick I taught them). And just to be safe, I use Paragon Drive Backup once in a while.
