G300 lost signal

Since yesterday afternoon, my three week-old Huawei Ascend G300 is unable to find a Vodafone signal and the display is showing 'no service'. I have put my SIM in my spare phone and the signal is, of course, just fine.

Should I try a factory reset or should I just take the phone back to the Vodafone shop where I bought it? All advice much appreciated.

Apologies - I'm an idiot. Somehow 'airplane mode' was ticked! God knows how that happened.

Don't worry,... i think thats happened to all of us...

(its just that some of us don't admit it... lol)
