if i followed first 4 steps and not herbew,3G orange installation,shd it be ok to use? and is this is in english?

To answer your question, yes it's in English (referring to Galaxo).
But you can go for GAOSP instead. Unless you need to use bluetooth connectivity then Galaxo is your choice.
