Help Galaxy Note 8 does not recognize wifi network password

Galaxy Note 8 does not recognize wifi network password. When I put in my network password it tells me "incorrect password" All computers and my Galaxy SII all work just fine with the password I am using. (And, yes, I am using the case sensitive password.)

The updates were done at Best Buy when purchased, and their wifi worked.

Has anyone found an answer to this problem?

maybe try a factory reset? sometime those updates might have corupt something while installing.

i do not have your device maybe others here can provide something else that i'm not aware of.

Could be the keyboard acting up? Double check that the password is entered correctly by unmasking it. I use alphanumeric case sensitive passwords. Whenever I got the error on any of my devices, it was usually because the keyboard was acting up and misinterpreting what was being entered. I needed a number, but it inserted an accented letter for example.
