Its either 4.2.2 and or the battery. Why?
It did this STOCK and on a rom (AOKP 4.2.2) and new kernel, motley.

I did just observe something interesting...

So, this should help a bit with battery life some.

My previous nexus 7 did NOT have this issue, it was running either 4.1 or 4.2, I am not sure. Its dead so I can't check, but the battery was great it in.
 
Did the new one get a firmware update, if it did, did you factory reset?

Define a micro cell tower?

Have you had the new N7 long enough for android to learn it's battery stats?

Please post, yes. I like seeing you enthusiastic about your work.

Mine is getting better week by week so it seems. Became responsible for the restyling of our organisation this morning. Flipping from old to new on January 1. Think of everything carrying a logo/name/colours of the house... not just the 900 business cards... That is a rather large operation, with a substantial budget to spend :D I am kinda proud.
