I applied at Best Buy 3 times so far. So far they haven't even given me a phone call.

Have you applied recently? The reason I ask is because they just changed/upgraded to a new system and I had to apply 4 times before my application populated into the new system. My first 3 applications basically were sent into the ether.

If I were you I'd go into the store you'd like to work at and speak to a manager about where they are at in terms of the new hiring system. You can even apply in-store.
