It is a kinda disturbing thought that (on Facebook)...
When I post a pic of the most gorgeous flowers, it receives mostly female response.
When I post this pic of a flower being destroyed to the ground, it is solely male friends that reply (like).

:D

Guys think BACON!

Naah.. men just see an opportinity to get even with the man-gives-flowers-to-female doctrine ;) A sort of revenge.

Men don't respond to the fresh flower pics I post cos I use to say hubby got me those flowers.
Male friends feel reminded/threatened in the status quo (don't ask, don't even hint or thy shall receive none) they're in with their partner.
My female friends like those as a silent reminder to their partners (she receives, I don't). :D

my Mrs got home at 6am thismorning drunk so she can buy me flowers... although i have hayfever lol... :)

She did bring home a lovely plant cutting last weekend though ;)

Wow.. freaky coincidence uploadfromtaptalk1369988531955.jpg
My gran died two weeks ago and when we were at her house after the funeral last week, i took some of her plants and one of the lil cacti in this bowl has flowered overnight :) it looks kinda fake because its so unexpected. I gave them a lil spray of water when we got home so it must have triggered it :)

Making a loaf of multi-grain bread today. Made a soaker of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds with steel cut oats and corn meal. Going to be tasty! :)

Yes and no. :p
No bread making but I'm working an event tonight with the wife. I think it's a reunion dinner with folks from Georgetown University. Going to have to take a nap, I got up too early. Actually working another event tomorrow night too! ALSO, my boss has finally come to the realization that I'm not getting enough hours. He's putting me on 5 days a week now so hopefully I can manage 40hrs a week. :)

.... thanks for the bacon roses left bread side! Very nice..... nite, what does a gal have to do to get some coffee in this hole?
