Help galaxy s5 photo gallery help

My photos do not display and when i go into the photo some of them show up some of them dont the videos i have recorded with the phone also say unable to play when i go onto them

this happened on my s3 with random pictures on my SD card....your photos might be corrupt.

unfortunately I dont know how to solve the issue, ive lost some pictures due to this

Yeah im thinking possibly sd card going full ****** :/
