I have tried a few days now to update my Edge. And every time I download the hour long 660mb update and go to install it it errors out. When the phone resets to install it waits about 20 sec then says install then flashes error and reboots the phone. And when it fully reboots the system says there was a problem installing the update and I have to wait another 24hrs to check for an update to do it again. Is anyone else having this problem???

Try updating using "Samsung Smart Switch" from the PC. A much better piece of PC software than it's forerunner Kies. For one it works. You can update firmware with it.

I just tried and it errors out again. I'm going to try using Samsung smart switch now
