how do I get a new screen for my HTC after it fell face first on the ground?

You can probably find one on eBay. But most people who try to replace their own screens find that they do so much internal damage to the phone while replacing the screen that they end up spending more money getting the phone repaired than it would have cost to have the screen replaced.
