Getting the best out of my Transformer / Android

Can anyone point me to some well laid out prescriptions on how to get the best out of an Android device with an emphasis on the Tablet / Pad.

I suppose I am talking about something that goes:

1. Install LastPass.
2. Install blah blah
3. Put all your productivity icons on the main page / second page etc

I know that so much is personal preference, but I NEED to be told :-)

I want to be up and running as quickly as possible.
