Gigway Punchcard

Trying to figure out why I keep getting this error message on my phone (MyTouchQ) See below:

The application Punchcard (process com. Gigway. Punchcard) has stopped unexpectedly. Try again.

It's been popping up periodically. It says I can force close or report it. Sure could use some help on this. Thanks.

Thanks for joining the community. Usually, this error msg is caused by an installed app that has either gone rogue, or is incompatible.

You should also want to stop by your device's area of support for assistance and info on your device.
