can''t sign off email account on phone in order to reboot the password in order to sign in to other apps via phone ....i am not phone savvy and it is very frustrating to me right now.

Not sure if I understand the question but
You stay signed into the first Google account on the phone. You can go into settings and add additional accounts. I have 3 separate gmail accounts on my phone. I sync some of them with my calendar and others with my contacts. It's very flexible. You don't need to sign out of one account to use another.
If this is not what you meant I suggest you post another question with a bit more detail of what you are trying to do.
