Root Going Back to Stock Failure

Guys/Gals,
I posted in main thread with no answers for 7 hrs, so here goes...My wifes phone sitting next to mine does not get signal and mine does. I was going to update PRL(yes I have read thangfish comments, need to try something or she wants to switch to big three $ouch).I need the MSL..Anyhow I follow Stock guide and get stuck at Motorola logo screen. Appears still missing file, because if I put back cwm recovery file, I can restore to paranoid and works...I cannot do this to stock?
Other notes no issue getting to download mode, or replacing files via usb.
What am I missing?????

Go to this thread http://androidforums.com/triumph-all-things-root/413093-rom-bone-stock-stock-deodex-roms-triumph-now-resets-splash-img.html
and download the stock Rom (the first one listed) and flash, after wiping system. It won't replace your recovery... there's really no need to goo back to the stock recovery. You should be able to do what you need (reactivate or dialer codes or whatever) from there. I'm sorry, I don't really know what stock guide you were following, but hopefully that's all you'll need to do. Worked for me before.

Thangfish,
Thanks back on stock now...

Awesome. Hope you can get your other difficulties ironed out from there.
THanks again, I was able to finally get the comm ports to show on computer and try prls. 33103, 25014(slightly better)
Does anyone know if the cell radio can be exchanged between phones or is it part of the motherboard?
SK

Virtually every component is integrated as part of the motherboard, if I understand your question correctly... you're talking hardware, as opposed to software?
