Google dailer install help

I've been interested in installing Google dailer(KitKat dailer) and seem to not getting it to work. I need help or can somebody upload a working apk. I'll be much appreciated.

I've tried installing vanilla apps before and not had luck either. It has to do with how samsungs roms are built. You can only use their dialer, even the custom kit kat rom on this fourm still uses it. I'm sure there are some kit Kat dialers on the play store but those only run on top of the default.

I'm currently using the kk dailer from play store. Is there a complete stock aosp ROM for our phone?

I am currently trying to install contacts from another ROM similar to our phone. I will reply with my results.

At the moment, there is no current AOSP ROM for the Ring, although given some time, I am sure someone will come up with one.
