Google Removes 13 Malicious Apps From the Google Play Store

Google has removed 13 applications from the Google Play Store after it was discovered they were were making unauthorized downloads.

Not only that, but some of these(which some had been downloaded over a million times), were even requesting root access in an attempt to survive after a factory reset.
