Help Google voice help

I could not seem to get it to work on my evo. Sure I did something wrong, but I decided to in install it now I have no voice mail at all. My phone will ring and I can answer it but if I send it to voice mail it tela the caller that my number had been disconnected. How do I get my voice mail back? Do I have to do a factory reset? Thanks for the help!

The Google Voice app cannot set up call forwarding correctly for sprint. You have to login to Google Voice from your computer. Did you take that step? If you go on the the site, go to settings, then activate voicemail for whichever phone. All it's basically going to do is tell you to dial *72 + your google voice number on your phone, then it will flag in Google Voice that you have it set up. If you've already done that, go through the steps to deactivate, then reactivate it. See if that works.
