Gradle "MyApplication" project refresh failed

i am facing Gradle syn problem. when i load a project it says ...

"Gradle 'Dharmesh' project refresh failed
Error:Unknown host 'services.gradle.org'. You may need to adjust the proxy settings in Gradle."

i have also given a screen shot. hope you can understand. please help me . i have seen many videos on youtube to fix this problem but that didn't work for me.
i am using windows 10, android studio v2.3.3

when i create a new project and select a 'blank activity' and after taling to much time it says...
"Gradle 'MyApplication32' project refresh failed.
Error:Unknown host 'services.gradle.org'. You may need to adjust the proxy settings in Gradle."
i can't understand what to do now. please someone tell me fix this problem.. .
