Root Greenify app - what does this part mean?

when I open it, there's a category called "may slow the device when..." and that's all it says. When what?
 
Basically whenever that particular event happens per listed app. You'll mostly see apps that require an internet connection there. If WiFi or autosync is turned on most likely the app will run and do it's thing. Some you might actually use without manually running them via app drawer. If you depend on its background service, don't hibernate it.

ah okay. I don't even know what a keyguard is (says that on my 1weather app as well) so I guess it's time for some research. thanks!
